Biography
Vocal leader of the Bronchos as well as the leader on the court … Heads up point guard who moves at a blistering pace and keeps defenses on their heels … Burst onto the scene last season after transferring from Northeastern A&M and quickly became a force to be reckoned with in the league … Scored 20 points in her debut with Central Oklahoma and continued to lead the Bronchos in scoring for the remainder of the season on her way to earning all-conference honors.
2016-17: Became a team leader for the Bronchos in her first season at Central almost instantaneously, leading the team in scoring and becoming the first UCO player to earn First Team All-MIAA after a sensational season … Averaged 14.4 points per game, her 475 points scored in 33 games played was the eighth-most in school history … One of two players last season to eclipse 1,000 minutes played … Was second on the team with 43 3-point field goals made … Led the team with 98 free throws made … Scored at least 20 points five times … Scored a season-high 28 against Cameron on Nov. 17, when she also hit a season best 8-of-8 free throws … Had a season-high six 3-pointers against Texas A&M International, and all came in the first half … Was First Team All-MIAA, a member of the MIAA Championship All-Tournament Team, and earned MIAA Honor Roll honors for her academics.
2015-16: Region II Player of the Year and second-team All-American after averaging 12.6 points, 3.1 assists and 1.9 steals per game.
2014-15: Averaged 13 points per game as a freshman at NEO ... Also pulled in 4.2 rebounds per game and averaged 3.1 assists per game.
High School: Averaged 16.5 points per game at Guthrie ... Named Oklahoma Girls Basketball Coaches Association All-State as a senior in 2013 ... Was First-team All-Suburban Conference.
