EDMOND (Dec. 19) -- Central Oklahoma wide receiver Marquez Clark received another post-season honor Thursday with his selection to the Beyond Sports Network Division II All-America Team.

Clark was a second-team pick in voting of Division II sports information directors, college coaches, media and BSN staff.  The 5-11, 190-pound junior from Texarkana, Texas, was virtually unstoppable at wide receiver this fall while also shining as a kick returner for the Bronchos.

Clark caught a school-record 82 passes for 1,348 yards -- the third-best in school history -- and five touchdowns, averaging 16.4 yards a catch.  He had 100-plus receiving yards in eight of UCO's 10 games and caught seven-plus passes seven times, pulling in a school-record 13 against Northeastern State.

Clark added 326 yards and two touchdowns on 18 punt returns and 532 yards on 23 kickoff returns in finishing with a school-record 2,249 all-purpose yards.  He had three of the top-10 all-purpose games in UCO history this fall (365 vs. Emporia State, 338 vs. Missouri Western and 284 vs. Lincoln).

Clark finished as the NCAA Division II leader in all-purpose yards per game (224.9), while ranking third in receiving yards per game (134.8) and fourth in punt return average (18.1).
