That trio and Austin Rycroft all had run-scoring hits in UCO's first at bat to take the quick 4-0 lead and it became a 13-2 cushion in the third when the Bronchos paraded 14 players to the plate in a nine-hit, nine-run outburst.

Austin College took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first of the nightcap, but UCO went back on top in its initial at bat when Rycroft followed back-to-back singles by Keegan Morrow and Blue with his team-high 14th home run of the season.

The Bronchos made it 4-1 in the second on Morrow's RBI single and it the 'Roos stayed within striking range until the sixth when Blue's two-run double put the game out of reach.
