EDMOND (March 18) –
Central Oklahoma couldn't get its offense untracked in dropping a 2-0 Lone Star Conference North Division decision to Cameron here Friday.

The Bronchos managed just two hits – one each by Kayce Raines and Brooke Walters – and CU got the only two runs it needed in the fifth inning.

The Aggies didn't do much better offensively, getting four hits against Rachael Steverson and Amanda McClelland.

“We just didn't do a very good job at the plate,” UCO coach Genny Stidham said. “It's a tough loss, but we just have to bounce back and get ready for tomorrow.”

UCO, now 12-10 overall and 1-3 in the league, will host the Aggies for a 1 p.m. twinbill Saturday.
