TULSA (April 10) – Central Oklahoma had four runner-up finishes in the Tulsa Duels held Saturday morning on the Verdigris River.
The Bronchos came in nine seconds behind the host Golden Hurricane in the Novice 8A+, with UCO also finishing second to Tulsa in the Novice 8B+.
The Bronchos were just three seconds behind Tulsa and 18 seconds ahead of third-place Oklahoma City in the Varsity 4A+ race, while the Varsity 4B+ team also came in second.
UCO travels to Oak Ridge, Tenn. This weekend for the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Regatta.
